About Caffee
Caffee is kind of plant first seen in Ethiopia. We call this plant 'caffee' after it has been roasted and grindked.
Caffe was discovered by an Ethiopian Monk. The man noticed that her goats were most energetic then normal when thet ate this plant. Then, he tried this plant, he had felt herself more energetic then normal. Finally, it beccome like we drink today after a couple of tryies. Then other countries liked the caffee and wanted more. However, the monk didn't want to produce and sell. So, he sent grindid not as bean. In this way, they couldn't trade in coffee.
Coffee is so common today and so many people drink caffee everyday. Moreover almost 700m people in the world, work in coffee industry. Addiotanally, coffee is one of the most consumed beverages in the world.
There are so many methods to brew caffee bcause it is so much consumed by people. Chemex and V60 are just two of them. Lets talk about their differents. Actually they can be similar. However there are critical diffirients between them. For example; with chemex, you can brew much more caffee than V60. Caffee used in V60 must be grinded more slender then Chemex's. Brewing caffee in the chemex, much more take time then V60. simply because V60's caffee is hotter then Chemex's. But bot methods are so succesful with the taste as the aroma of caffee bean. So how was caffee beans be aromatic? this quastion's answer is simple. Caffee beans take taste of the plant that grows around them. For example if there is cocoa caffee plant, it takes aroma from the cocoa.
EVEN A BAD CAFFEE İS BETTER THEN NO CAFFFE AT ALL.
